Job Description
Summary
- Manage daily customer due diligence requests and requirements.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues related to account setup, transactions, and product usage.
- Educate customers on the basics of cryptocurrencies, how to use our platform, and best practices for security.
- Work closely with other departments, such as Marketing, Sales, and Development, to ensure cohesive customer service and operational efficiency.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to the appropriate departments to improve our products and services.
- Create and update support tickets, knowledge base articles, and FAQs to assist customers in finding self-help resources.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulations, ensuring all interactions comply with industry standards and legal requirements.
- Perform other related duties and tasks as required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the tech or financial sectors. Experience in the cryptocurrency industry is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field is preferred.
- Passionate about building lasting customer relationships and prioritizes taking care of customers.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced knowledge of Google Suite programs
- Basic understanding of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology.
- Highly flexible, able to wear multiple hats, and thrives in a fast-paced work environment and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing technologies and workflows.
